IPOXI Shipping Policy

1. Shipping and Delivery Options

Free Shipping through FedEx Ground.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within five business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once the items have been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipping will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

4. Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the total order amount. Customer will be responsible for return shipping. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receiving the return.

5. Delayed Orders

In the case of delayed processing, customers can cancel the order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability.

6. Damaged Orders

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii.
