The time of day doesn’t matter as much as the temperature. If installing in the hotter temperatures, it’s best to apply Step 1 late in the afternoon as temperatures begin to fall. As temperatures rise, it pulls vapor out of the concrete and can cause bubbles. Step 2 and 3 are not affected by temperature changes the way Step 1 is.
